We had A’s tribunal yesterday. We won (got what A is legally entitled to) and mostly got everything in his education package which A needs. We honestly can’t thank you enough for your amazing report and the preparation and care you put in that meant A could engage and you give such thorough recommendations.  We were elated yesterday – as was A. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for recommending Dr Daniel Weisberg. He came down from Manchester to Southend to carry out a full cognitive assessment of U – it took six hours over two days but thanks to his enormous skill, patience and compassion he managed to do it. (By way of contrast, the local authority’s EP gave up after 10 minutes!) His extremely helpful report is now being considered by the EHC assessment panel.

So thank you once again for the recommendation and all your other suggestions, they have been invaluable.

Following our assessment with you, we managed to secure K a place in an independent specialist school and she is thriving there. She has really turned a corner and is like a different person. We have the ‘old happy K’ back. We still have lots of ups and downs and dysregulation but following your advice and support really changed our lives for the better. She no longer picks her skin off and her hair has grown back and she is smiling and happy at times again. I can’t thank you enough and know that without your report, she probably would be still hiding in her bedroom, in burnout and having no access to education! Honestly, I’m so glad I found you!

Your reports are an inspiration — I’ve read a few from families you’ve assessed before me, and they’ve always stood out for their depth, empathy, and genuine understanding of the child. I’ve read many good psychology reports, but none that quite capture things in the way yours do. Families speak so highly of your work, and it’s easy to see why.
