PRICING FOR MY SERVICESEducational Psychologist Services and SEN Legal Services: £ 125 per hour Observations, assessments and diagnostic testing are conducted in the child's home, and if required, school also.
The fee for this work will be dependent upon the range of tests, assessments and observations required. You should allow as a minimum 3 hours for this, where my work is within the child's home only. There will also be an hourly rate of £125 for writing up the report with recommendations etc.
Where I observe and assess the child in their current school as well as home, this will require approximately an additional 3 hours. Time costs will also need to be included for the writing up of this information in my report. Visits to potential schools are conducted either with or without parents' presence. These are also charged at £ 125 per hour, plus the time costs for writing up the report. As a guideline, this is approximately 2 hours for the visit, and 1-2 hours to write up the report. A detailed estimate of work required and costs involved will always be provided before I accept and undertake the work for you. Clients will receive full Terms and Conditions for my work and need to agree to these prior to work being undertaken.
Travelling time by car over 2 hours is charged at £ 30 per hour
Travelling expenses are charged at 40p per mile.
No VAT is chargeable on any work or expenses. Statement MOT Service Many Statements of SEN are unlawful and do not comply with the SEN Code of Practice, or the Law. I will assess your child’s current Statement of SEN and provide you with advice on its deficiencies, and what it should include. I will also make recommendations regarding re-assessments if the Statement is ‘out of date’
